Pre-orders open every Friday at 3pm and are limited, once we sell out, that's it until the next drop. Flavours rotate every two weeks. Orders placed during a drop are ready for pickup or delivery the following Thursday. After we sell out (or the window closes), pre-orders stay closed until the next Friday.

You can pick up at 101 Centrepointe Drive, or have it delivered to your door on Wednesday. Need a different day? Just reach out and we'll do our best to accommodate. Delivery is a flat $10.

Yes. We ships to Ontario and Quebec. These two provinces keep delivery times short enough that your cookies arrive the way they're supposed to: fresh, soft, and stuffed the same way they left the kitchen.

Ottawa pickup and delivery: orders placed during the Friday drop are fulfilled the following Thursday. Shipping to Ontario and Quebec: orders ship out on Thursday and typically arrive Friday.
