2. Products & Availability

All cookies are handmade in small batches. We do our best to keep our website updated, but availability may vary. If an item is sold out, we’ll contact you to offer a replacement or refund.

3. Orders & Payment

All prices are listed in CAD. Orders must be paid in full at checkout. We accept major credit cards and other payment methods as displayed during checkout.

4. Shipping

We ship within Canada only. Shipping fees are calculated at checkout. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, incorrect addresses, or missed deliveries.

5. Returns & Refunds

All sales are final. Due to the perishable nature of our cookies, we do not accept returns or exchanges. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 48 hours at Instagram: @chewypuff_cookie with your order number and a photo.
