Refunds or Replacements
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or if there is an issue with freshness or quality, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. You can reach us at @ChewyPuff_cookie with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll be happy to review your case and offer a replacement or refund where appropriate.
